Travel and cocktail parties might be on hold, but I’d be willing to bet that we all could use a little bit of liquid refreshment. Why not create your own favorite cocktail at home!
While sheltering in place, I decided I would try my hand at making a Mojito - my go-to cocktail.
I am delighted to share with you the recipe that I have been enjoying along with refreshments inspired by some of the most popular bars on the high seas!
Here’s your challenge: Try all three and let me know which one wins!

MOJITO
What You’ll Need
Shot of White Rum
½ Lime cut into fourths
2 teaspoons raw sugar (or to taste)
5-10 Mint Leaves
½ cup of Club Soda
Directions
Muddle mint, sugar, and lime in the bottom of the glass or shaker.
Add ice, rum, and top with club soda, shake, garnish with mint and serve.
PRINCESS PUNCH FROM PRINCESS CRUISES

What You’ll Need
11 oz. Absolut Elyx Vodka
1 oz. St. George
Raspberry liqueur
5 oz. lime juice
5 oz. simple syrup
2 cans of ginger beer
Pineapple and orange wheels for garnish
Directions
Add all ingredients except for garnish to punch bowl with ice and stir
Garnish with pineapple and orange wheels
